Find the Run That Fits Your Career

1099 Contract Driver

Run carrier equipment and get paid by the mile. Your recruiter goes over the CPM, settlement schedule, lanes, and home time before you commit.

Owner-Operator

Lease on under a carrier’s authority, or keep your own MC and run dispatch-only. Every fixed cost, including insurance, trailer, ELD, and permits, is laid out before you sign.

Lease Operator

Build your business through lease-to-lease and lease-to-own programs. You’ll see the full terms, weekly truck payment, and percentage of gross up front.

Recruiters Who Know the Business

Our recruiters know trucking from the inside. We understand CPM and percentage-of-gross pay, how settlements are calculated, and where escrow, chargebacks, and fuel surcharges show up. We know what separates a fair lease-purchase from one built to fail, how forced dispatch differs from choosing your own loads, and what reefer, dry van, and flatbed freight demand day to day.

That knowledge is how we earn your trust. Before you head to orientation, you’ll know the lanes, the home time, the equipment, and the real numbers behind the run. You get straight answers and the full picture, so you can make your next move with confidence.

Your Route to Orientation

  1. 1

    Talk to a Recruiter

A real conversation about your experience, the freight you want to haul, your lanes, and your home time.

  2. 2

    Apply

Submit your application, CDL, and medical card. Your recruiter delivers your complete file to the carrier’s safety department.

  3. 3

    Carrier Approval

The carrier reviews your MVR, PSP, and Clearinghouse. Your recruiter keeps you updated every step of the way.

  4. 4

    Drug Test

You get the testing date and location, and your recruiter follows through until results are in.

  5. 5

    Orientation

Your orientation date is set and your travel is coordinated, so you arrive ready to roll.

  6. 6

    After You Start

Your recruiter calls on day two to make sure your truck is ready. We call again after your first settlement to confirm the pay matches what you were promised.

Timeline1099 contract drivers typically go from first call to orientation in one to two weeks. Owner-operators and lease operators often move in about a week.

Carriers Worth Driving For

Before we recruit for a carrier, we review:

That last point is the reason for our first-settlement call. We verify the run delivers what was promised.

  • Safety performance and MC rating
  • Dispatch you can reach directly
  • Freedom from forced dispatch
  • Pay and home time that match what drivers actually receive

Driver Advocacy

Your recruiter represents you through the entire process. If questions come up about pay, equipment, or home time, your recruiter works directly with the carrier to get answers. Keeping you informed and supported is how we help you build a career that lasts.
